By entering into this agreement, you represent that you possess legal capacity or have obtained appropriate authorization to utilize our e-commerce platform:
Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent transactions, scraping site architecture, transmitting malware, or misrepresenting identity when
communicating with our support desk at HeridanShlerin2746@outlook.pt.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and notifying our support team immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
2. BATHROOM SANCTUARY HARDWARE & MERCHANDISE ACCURACY

Shower Curtains & Liners: Fabricated from water-repellent textiles; color nuances and pattern alignments may vary slightly due to screen calibrations and specialized textile weaves.
Shower Curtain Rods: Engineered for sturdy tension or permanent wall mounting; installation guidelines and maximum load capacities must be strictly observed.
Curtain Hooks & Rings: Designed for smooth gliding and corrosion resistance in humid bathroom environments.
3. PRICING, BILLING & SECURE TRANSACTIONS
All commercial pricing and financial transactions are structured for absolute transparency and security:
Price Modifications: Product prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at our discretion.
Secure Billing: Customers warrant that all payment details provided are accurate and authorize billing through certified gateway protocols compliant with international standards.
4. FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING & RISK TRANSFER
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Beauraing operational hub:
Transit Risk: Title and risk of loss for merchandise transfer to the customer upon successful handover of the package to the designated courier service.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL RIGHTS
All graphical layouts, product photography, descriptive copy, and brand identifiers are protected:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, with exclusive legal venue centered in Beauraing.
